Construction Update | August 2024

Over the last few months piling works continue to progress on site with approximately 80% of retention piles installed, which is forecasted to be complete by the end of this month. This progress has enabled the commencement of bulk excavation which is currently underway in the north-eastern corner of the site.

Additionally, the new temporary access road for the adjacent properties is complete and operational. This interim solution provides neighbours access to their properties whilst avoiding interference with construction, allowing works on site to accelerate.

Over the coming months, structural works for the tower crane foundations will continue, paving the way for the crane’s installation. It’s an exciting time as we watch the site continue to progress and enter the next phase of construction over the coming months.
